At Fieldfisher, we offer a comprehensive training contract that will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in your career as a lawyer.

Our Training Contract

Our training contract is designed to provide you with a well-rounded experience, working on a diverse range of cases and projects across various departments, including Real Estate, Personal Injury, Finance, and Technology.

You will complete four seats, each six months in length, and have the opportunity to apply for a client or international secondment from the second seat.

Support and Feedback

You will be assigned a supervisor who will provide you with guidance, support, and regular feedback to ensure you are staying on track and reaching your full potential.

Our Early Careers Development Manager will also be available to provide additional support and guidance throughout your training contract.

What to Expect

As a trainee at Fieldfisher, you can expect to work on a diverse range of cases and projects, develop your skills and knowledge, and receive regular feedback and support from your supervisor and the Early Careers Development Manager.

You will also have the opportunity to apply for a client or international secondment and complete four seats, each six months in length.
