The Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our site in Templecombe, where we are producing the next-generation of Sonar technologies. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for building electrical assemblies and performing manufacturing tasks in accordance with engineering drawings and documents.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Produce high-quality electrical assemblies on time and to specification
  • Escalate blockers and issues to team leader
  • Ensure 5S standards are met
  • Log and escalate quality non-conformances

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly background
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be a motivated self-starter
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Eligible to obtain full SC clearance at UK eyes only level
