About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing our UK Aftermarket Sales Development and Field Based Sales Support team across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing brand and product visibility in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket
  • Delivering sales support via trade workouts to Motor Factors, ITG Buying Group members, Automotive Workshops, and general Automotive Aftermarket distributors and retailers
  • Working closely with our global manufacturer partner to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales development and business development in the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of parts distribution and supply chains, from supplier to garage, workshops, and repairer networks
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UK, with occasional overnight stays
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
