About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our Executive Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for critical leadership positions across Global Markets & Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to identify and attract senior talent for Managing Director and critical leadership Director-level positions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Compensation partners to ensure seamless onboarding of senior talent.
  • Engage with global candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments, and people moves.
  • Drive creative strategies to achieve the best senior talent outcomes through direct sourcing, referrals, succession planning tools, networking, and other means.
  • Provide market and candidate intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of executive-level talent.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Significant in-house executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search experience.
  • Global network and knowledge of senior talent within Markets and/or Securities Services and Treasury and Trade Solutions.
  • Experience engaging with senior candidates and presenting talent to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to consistently identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Previous experience working with compensation structures and creating competitive offers.
  • Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in senior talent acquisition.
