Apprentice Family Medicine Practitioner

Riverside Surgery, a thriving training practice in central High Wycombe, is seeking a skilled Salaried GP to join their team. As a key member of the practice, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with the existing team of 5 GP partners, 1 Salaried GP, and an excellent nursing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for family medicine and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to manage patient demand, tackle high DNA rates, and contribute to the practice's continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including telephone and face-to-face consultations
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage patient demand and improve patient outcomes
- Contribute to the practice's continuous improvement, including participating in clinical meetings and journal clubs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
