About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Subsea and Pipelines Manager to join our team at KBR Consulting International in Leatherhead. As a key member of our Subsea and Pipelines team, you will work closely with our existing Subsea and Pipelines Manager to grow our worldwide team, support business processes, and maintain the high quality of our engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on subsea and pipelines to projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate work within required deadlines.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with KBR departments to develop a OneKBR approach to execute projects, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction at project level and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Train, develop, and mentor the next generation of pipeline and subsea engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Support the group's overall sales effort through proposal and tender preparation, contract negotiation, and other client-facing activities.
Requirements
  • Senior professional with strong personal drive and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant number of years of industry experience, with a degree in engineering and Chartered Engineer status.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and proposals.
  • Positive and flexible attitude, with excellent verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent English, with additional languages a plus.
