Project Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Surveyor to join our client's reactive team in Finsbury Park, working on the London Borough of Ealing project valued at £4m. The contract has 2 years remaining, and we are looking for someone to assume responsibility for creating and executing pre- and post-contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and encourage project team performance, ensuring main contractual obligations and strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.
  • Complete and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) and progress reports.
  • Demonstrate understanding of internal and external tender strategies and build-up.
  • Agree external valuations and cash flow to maximise project value.
  • Work with the Commercial Manager to agree and produce main and subcontract final accounts.
  • Ensure all subcontract management and process obligations are complete, including Procurement, Measurement, and valuation, Contractual instructions, notices, and orders, as well as Health and Safety.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with a Planned Maintenance company.
  • Strong knowledge of work and external programmes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within social housing.
