The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing support to the team of senior Quantity Surveyors in a medium-sized, well-respected Quantity Surveying and Project Management Construction consultancy based in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor and a desire to become chartered through RICS. Exceptional client-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
About the Requirements- A RICS-accredited degree would be preferable.
- Experience in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, feasibility studies, procurement, progress reports, and employers' agent services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
