We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business partnerships across the organization.
  • Provide expert financial support and analysis of key areas, facilitating monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss progress.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support budget and forecast preparation, reviewing variances to inform performance-enhancing actions.
  • Promote process improvements and control enhancements throughout the business.
  • Communicate financial and operational KPIs effectively to non-finance colleagues.

Candidate Requirements:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualification currently in progress or completed.
  • In-depth understanding of management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to challenge processes and promote continuous improvement.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
