**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at ETM Group London. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, using your knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

**Requirements**

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a similar high-end venue.
  • Good level of English and comfortable with guest interaction.
  • Ability to handle complaints and turn them into positive experiences.
  • Good knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to create new ones.
