We are seeking a charismatic and proactive Receptionist to join our team at Village Hotel Club in Beeston. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be the face of our hotel and play a vital role in ensuring every visitor receives a warm and welcoming experience.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for
  • Managing the front desk and handling all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Assisting with room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Working collaboratively with the hotel team to maintain a high level of service and quality
