A leading international practice is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Solicitor - Senior Associate to join their team in Glasgow. As a key member of the Real Estate team, you will work with a broad range of clients, including major corporations, investors, developers, and financial institutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex real estate transactions and providing sound counsel to clients. You will work collaboratively with other legal professionals within the firm, overseeing the preparation and reviewing of legal documents, and developing strategies for efficient and successful case management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex real estate transactions and provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Oversee the preparation and reviewing of legal documents
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient case management
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 6 years+ experience as a commercial property / real estate solicitor
  • Proven expertise in managing real estate transactions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • A good understanding of the professional services industry
