We are seeking an experienced Area Property Manager to join our client's Retirement Portfolio team in South England. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the staff and operations across 21 retirement community sites across Hampshire, Dorset, and East Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of staff across multiple sites, ensuring excellent customer and client satisfaction.
  • Drive business opportunities, streamlining processes, and identifying efficiencies to increase revenue.
  • Make regular site visits to motivate staff, ensure compliance, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Refer business-critical matters back to head office as required.
Requirements:
  • Thorough grounding in property management, with excellent team management skills.
  • Commitment to improving standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Professional qualifications advantageous, but not essential.
