About the Role

The Executive Culinary Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of food for Saison Restaurant by Mauro Colagreco. The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, with a creative approach to producing high-quality food.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and service of food for Saison Restaurant by Mauro Colagreco
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation in all kitchen areas
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and tidy, with all equipment and utensils properly maintained
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve consistency in food production and presentation
  • Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring that dishes meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always adequate and rotated regularly
  • Develop and implement sustainable practices in the kitchen, minimizing waste and reducing environmental impact
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
  • Creative approach to producing high-quality food
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with kitchen software and systems
