About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reliability Infrastructure Lead to join our team. As a key member of our GTSM Markets Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting a major Markets simplification initiative.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the bank's critical technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support for service management functions to resolve complex issues for clients.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software.
  • Analyse system logs, error messages, and user reports to identify root causes of issues.
  • Implement automations and enhancements to monitoring tools and thresholds.

Location

This role would be based in our new Glasgow Campus.
