Senior Reliability Strategist

Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Strategist to support our major Markets simplification initiative. This role will involve bringing multiple legacy services into a new strategic platform.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the bank's critical technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support for service management functions to resolve complex issues for clients.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software.
• Analyse system logs, error messages, and user reports to identify root causes of issues.
• Implement automations and enhancements to monitoring tools and thresholds.

• Advise key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
• Manage and mitigate risks through assessment in support of control and governance agendas.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.
