About the Role

Mencap is seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Northallerton. As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
  • Support individuals to live independent, fun, and active lifestyles.
  • Work across a range of different days and shift patterns, including some sleep-in shifts.
