Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with Learning Disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors in a residential setting.
  • Enable service users to lead safe, fulfilling lifestyles, achieve personal goals, and maintain independence.
  • Provide emotional support, maintain relationships with family and friends, and facilitate community activities.
  • Update and maintain accurate records, complete training programs, and undertake domestic and infection control tasks.
  • Participate in decision-making processes, prepare reports, and contribute to staff training and development.
