Job Description

Job Title: Due Diligence Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Central London Office (1 day) and Home (4 days)

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum, dependant on experience, plus benefits

About the Role:

The Membership Bespoke team is seeking a highly skilled Due Diligence Specialist to join its Membership department. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to and support the department's work streams, with a focus on conducting enhanced due diligence on a daily basis and managing longer-term projects with this focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on members, evaluating legal, financial, operational, and reputational aspects via tools such as WorldCheck
  • Review and analyse information obtained to ensure compliance with membership requirements and risk mitigation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the Membership department to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in due diligence and risk management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in due diligence, financial analysis, risk management, or a related field (Finance and Legal industry experience a bonus)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • General knowledge of risk and compliance matters
  • Degree in a relevant field (desirable)
