We are seeking a highly skilled Site HSE Director to lead our team in ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE strategies, policies, and procedures, conducting risk assessments and developing methods statements, monitoring compliance with HSE standards and regulations, investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions. The candidate will also collaborate with stakeholders to promote HSE awareness and best practices.
We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, good communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in project mode and environment. A proactivity and ability to propose innovative ideas is also essential.
The salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including private healthcare, income protection, life assurance, pension contribution, and professional membership expenses.
