Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at North Oak Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new business opportunities.
- Lead a team of IFA professionals and cultivate strong client relationships to drive growth of the client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing and sales.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new financial advisers.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Proven experience of developing and executing marketing strategies within the financial services sector.
- Proficient in developing and working with professional connections.
- A 'hands on' approach is a must for this role.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent. A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, pensions, and insurance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
