We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at KukoonRugs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, ensuring the company's financial strategy is aligned with its business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and manage the company's financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
- Financial Operations: Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced digital-first company.
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
