Financial Director

Artemis Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead the finance team of a dynamic business in Newry.
This role is ideal for a qualified accountant looking to take on a new challenge or a seasoned professional seeking to progress to a Finance Director position.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts
- Submit quarterly VAT returns and reconciliations
- Manage asset finance and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee sales and purchase ledger operations
- Process monthly payroll and prepare cash flow reports
- Develop and present budgets and year-end statements
- Collaborate with external auditors and senior management team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills
