We are seeking an experienced Business Administration Assistant to join our team in Southampton, UK. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, utilizing scheduling software and communication tools.
- Manage office filing systems and databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
