Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Systems Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain quality systems in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with departmental managers to uphold company policies and standards, and manage customer and local authority technical relationships.
  • Food Safety and Environmental Policies: Promote food hygiene and environmental policies, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Leadership and Training: Provide exceptional leadership and training to team members, and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess advanced knowledge of food processing and manufacturing, and a strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in technical management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education and Certifications: HACCP Level 3 (Level 4 desired), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
