Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Goldsmiths. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retail stores.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have previous operational experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding and experience of store compliance, cash and stock-control, organisational skills, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being highly numerate and IT literate.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to improve store performance
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels and other relevant data
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Previous operational experience in a retail environment
- Strong understanding and experience of store compliance
- Cash and stock-control experience
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly numerate with the ability to analyse performance and make effective decisions
- IT literate
