We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maths and English Intervention Specialist to join our team at Aspire People. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced teacher to work with children who require additional support in Maths and English.

The ideal candidate will have qualified teacher status, experience in supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2 who are working below age-expected levels, and previous experience of assessing student levels and collaborating with class teachers. The ability to identify learning gaps and integrate this information into lesson plans is also essential.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.

About the Role
  • Provide targeted Maths and English support to students who require additional help
  • Work closely with class teachers to ensure seamless delivery of curriculum content
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We Offer
