Dedicated Care Team Member

**About the Role**
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dedicated Care Team Member. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality individualized care and support for residents, promoting their privacy, dignity, and independence.

**Compensation and Benefits**
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including paid training and development opportunities, fair and competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.

**Responsibilities**
* Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
* Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere, promoting residents' autonomy and independence.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
