Health and Safety Advisor

INFORM3 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a Junior Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients and their employees.
Responsibilities:- Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with site teams and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct health and safety training and awareness programs to educate employees on health and safety best practices.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
