We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Eurocell Group PLC. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high branch standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in delivering and growing profitable branch sales
  • Support the Branch Manager with operational and financial responsibilities
  • Accountable for the maintenance of warehouse management standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and Branch sales targets are achieved
Requirements
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy
  • Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
  • Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software eg SAP
What We Offer
  • A very competitive basic salary of £30,000 per year
  • An excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary would be up to £34,800 per year
  • 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year
