About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic team at Eurocell. As a key member of our branch operations, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high branch standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in delivering and growing profitable branch sales
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and operational excellence
  • Assist with operational and financial responsibilities, including stock management and maintenance records
  • Deputise for the Branch Manager as required, ensuring seamless branch operations
  • Accountable for maintaining warehouse management standards and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support the delivery of sales targets, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Assist with branch operations, including stocktakes and audits
Requirements
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • Hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, ensuring customers always walk away happy
  • Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
  • Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software
  • A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage
  • Previous branch stock take experience could be a distinct advantage
  • Comfortable working in a small team and on occasion, alone
