Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team at Chase Buchanan in Bath. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with eager Tenants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Viewing Arrangements: Coordinate viewings and register interest from potential tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Offer Management: Manage the offer process from start to finish, ensuring successful negotiations and outcomes.
  • Target Achievement: Set and surpass targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results and driving business growth.
