Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Juice Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants and provide expert advice on property features and benefits.
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions.
- Handle negotiations from offer to contract to secure the best deals for clients.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to clients to keep them informed.
- Manage property listings and marketing, including creating engaging property brochures.
- Carry out property valuations and respond to property enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the team with office administration and ad-hoc requests from senior management.
Requirements:
- A clean driving license and ability to travel to property viewings.
- Previous experience in lettings or property sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- A courteous, polite, and helpful attitude towards clients and colleagues.
- Confidence engaging with clients at every level, from initial contact to successful transaction.
