Join Our Team as a Data Controller

We're looking for a skilled Data Controller to join our team at Greencore Group. As a Data Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, capturing essential performance data, and verifying task completion to our stringent standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive completion of all paperwork across various Production departments, ensuring reliability and legibility.
  • Coordinate task rotation among colleagues, providing performance feedback and promoting adherence to operational standards to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Take charge of pre-start safety checks, promptly reporting any near misses, and actively monitoring the welfare of your team.
  • Uphold food safety regulations by overseeing that all manufacturing and product handling procedures maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Contribute to the establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), taking ownership of achieving set targets through effective coordination and control.
