Seismic Recruitment is seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to support the delivery of technical issues on engines and machines at a leading manufacturer in Peterborough. This 12-month contract offers an hourly rate up to £25.50 (PAYE) or £34.20 (umbrella), including holiday and pension contributions. Key responsibilities include supporting NPI programs, responding to technical observations, and defining actions. A background in reliability and quality engineering is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of DMAIC methodology.

The role involves working with Engineers from Systems Engineering and Validation teams to resolve technical issues. As a Technical Issues Expert, you will lead internal review meetings, work with customers, create and communicate reliability metrics, and provide training on tool usage. Experience with proactive reliability and product quality is highly desirable. To be successful, you must have an existing right to work in the UK and provide evidence of eligibility.
