The Role:



  • You will be working closely with our experienced care team to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Assisting with morning routines, mealtimes, and personal care to help our patients make the most of their day.
  • No experience in the care sector is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.

About Us:


Mill Lodge is a 26-bedded hospital providing care and support to adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing acute mental health issues.



  • You will be joining Rushcliffe Care, a company with over 30 years of experience in delivering high-quality care to vulnerable individuals.
  • We offer genuine opportunities for training and development, with all staff able to complete NVQ level awards (or equivalent) fully funded by Rushcliffe Care.
