## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a key member of our automotive team, you will be responsible for managing the aftersales operations within our vibrant and thriving Main Car Dealership.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage the aftersales operations, ensuring excellent customer service and technical knowledge
* Lead a team of aftersales professionals, motivating them to achieve success
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
* Maintain accurate records and reports, using a DMS system

## Requirements

* Proven experience as a supervisor in a Franchise Main Dealer Service Department
* Excellent knowledge of a DMS system
* Full UK manual driving licence with minimal points
* Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team

## What We Offer

* Competitive basic salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 p.a.
