We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury and MI Analyst to join our team at an undisclosed financial services organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for assisting the Treasury and MI Manager in the production of regular management and statutory information, including ALCO, MI, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collate and analyse information required to complete and submit relevant regulatory returns
  2. Prepare regulatory returns relating to liquidity and treasury exposures
  3. Review returns generated by the Treasury and MI Analyst and assist with queries
  4. Prepare information for monthly ALCO pack as required
  5. Support the Financial Controller, Treasury & MI Manager and Treasury and MI Implementation Manager and provide cover as and when required
  6. Assist with making changes to current processes to meet the new requirements in the move to Extended Approach
  7. In the move to SDDT, assist with making changes to current processes to meet new requirements
  8. Identify improvements in processes and drive forward change

Requirements:

  1. Accounting or treasury qualifications (part-qualified)
  2. Working knowledge of ALMIS software or understanding of other banking regulatory reporting and accounting software
  3. Advanced Excel - data manipulation
  4. Experience of working within a banking / financial environment
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
