Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a caseload of insurance reinstatement projects, mainly residential properties with average repair project value at £10k-£30k. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, programming, profit, and final accounts on each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and program residential refurbishments following insurance claims
- Manage spend and profit budgets on each project
- Monitor all KPIs and SLAs
- Allocate and schedule resource (direct trades and sub-contractors)
- Manage and monitor variations to the contract, ensuring delays are minimised and profitability is achieved
- Deal with any issues arising and manage any complaints
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met
Requirements:
- Experience in managing medium to high value repairs projects from inception to completion
- Strong background in residential property building/refurbishments
- Experience in managing direct trades/sub-contractors
- Some experience in the use of Symbility (or similar) is ideal but not essential
- A full UK driving licence is required (car or allowance provided)
