Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MFL Teacher to join our well-resourced department at a Good School in Cambridge. This is a full-time position, teaching students at KS3 and KS4.

The school boasts excellent transport links, an approachable head of department, and a supportive team environment. Our academic excellence has been categorized as Good in all categories of the recent Ofsted report, reflecting our strong culture supporting students and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a formal teaching qualification (PGCE) and the ability to teach Modern Foreign Languages at KS3 and KS4. They must also have the legal right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Modern Foreign Languages at KS3 and KS4
  • Delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of students
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Ability to teach Modern Foreign Languages at KS3 and KS4
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
