About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Class Teacher to join our Lower School team at Cambridge Steiner School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, while prioritizing literacy and numeracy education in line with the school's Curriculum Policy.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a balanced curriculum that aligns with Waldorf pedagogy and child development principles.
  • Nurture healthy development of children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive capacities.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an exceptional educator with demonstrable experience in delivering learning or teaching in a Steiner school setting. The successful candidate should possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to use initiative and take responsibility.
