Highland Health and Social Care Services provide vital support to individuals from all walks of life, as well as their families or carers. Our team delivers comprehensive care and assistance in various situations arising due to illness, disability, old age, or poverty.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Sutherland Health and Social Care Integrated Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care, enabling them to maintain their independence and supporting them after hospital discharge.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to use their initiative, and provide high standards of patient care in support of the team. A driving licence is essential for this role, and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.

We have two permanent part-time posts available, each of 22.75 hours, which can be worked in line with service requirements. Please note that this role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
