Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, medication administration, and other essential tasks to ensure the well-being and independence of our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional care and support, promoting a positive and empowering environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
