**Job Summary**

Success Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our womenswear department, you will be responsible for driving international growth and maintaining a deep understanding of new markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with the team to create and execute buying strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform buying decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and consumer insights
  • Lead and develop junior team members to achieve their full potential
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the womenswear market and current fashion trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider team
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
