Job Title: Retail & Fashion Buyer - Womenswear Specialist

My client, a leading online young fashion retailer for women's clothing, is seeking a highly skilled Buyer from a womenswear background to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver international growth and maintain a deep understanding of new territories
  • Collaborate with the team to create strategic plans and drive business results
  • Ensure effective communication between all levels of the department
  • Monitor stock levels and optimize inventory management
  • Provide key insights and analysis in trading meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor analysis and market trends
  • Complete buying trips and negotiate with suppliers
  • Maximize sales through the website and align with company strategy
Requirements:

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the womenswear market and be highly trend-driven. A background in buying or junior buying is essential, along with experience in developing junior team members. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider team are also required.
