Job Description

**Job Title:** Commercial Accountant

**Company:** Global Accounting Network

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Accountant to join our finance team in a successful business in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and sales reports to inform management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operational and sales teams to review financial performance on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts aligned with company policy and objectives.
  • Ensure the financial and commercial robustness of contract tenders.
  • Identify opportunities for margin and profit enhancements.
  • Support the generation of accurate period-end accounts.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with finance and non-finance staff.
  • Good commercial and business awareness.
  • Pro-active and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
