Job Description:
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum

Estimated Salary Range: £34,500 - £39,300 per annum.
