Job Title: Business Development Manager Aggregates & Waste Removal Services

The role of the Business Development Manager Aggregates & Waste Removal Services involves driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the aggregates and waste removal industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling aggregates and muck away services to groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders
  • Generating new business relationships and expanding existing ones
  • Meeting turnover targets of circa £200k per month with a gross margin of circa £20k
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the aggregates or waste removal industry
  • Strong new business skills and a personable demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Computer literate and full UK driving license
