About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our Safety Quality & Performance team at Sir Charles Osborne Park Health Care Group. As a Clinical Practice Improvement Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing effective consultation processes to ensure the coordination, development, and evaluation of safety and quality initiatives, policy, and programs associated with clinical practice improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical governance approaches to patient safety and quality at a health service level.
  • Integrate the operation requirements of clinical practice improvement programs within the group.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the coordination, development, and evaluation of safety and quality initiatives.
