Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure effective Service Level Agreements.
  • Perform and maintain customers' installed base evaluations and site surveys.
  • Promote repair program packages and expand existing services within customer agreements.
  • Manage obsolescence reporting and migration.
  • Provide refresher training on sites.
  • Assist with contract renewals.
  • Manage own diary and workload.
  • Maintain customer records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in the automation industry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Allen Bradley and ControlLogix equipment.
  • PLCs, inverters, and programming experience are essential.
  • Experience working to ISO9001 Quality Management standards.
  • Ability to self-manage.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Full clean driving license.
